Reporting a message
If you think you have received a suspicious or inappropriate message, you can report it directly to us by using the report reply function which is available on the web version of Makler (and soon on iOS & Android app). You will find the report reply button at the bottom of each message, under more options. You can report messages for the following reasons:
Fraud
Abuse or Harassment
Adult or inappropriate
Phishing attempt
Spam
Be sure to include as much information as possible, to help our team with their investigations. All reports remain anonymous.
Please be aware that whilst our team will review every report that is made, we will not communicate the result of our investigations. If you wish to speak with one of our team about a message you have received, please visit our contact us page.
It is also difficult for our team to mediate on issues such as buyer seller disputes, reports of no shows and reports stating no reply. However, we value these reports as they help us to create a better Makler for our users in future.
